JIK &PARTNERS inc. ("we") collects personal information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, our booking widget, or by email: name, contact details (phone or email), and a description of the position to be filled.

This information is used solely to respond to your request, assess a hiring need, and, where applicable, schedule an appointment. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except with a partner regulated immigration consultant when necessary to process a file, or where required by law.

Your information is stored securely for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to kellianetsapy@jikpartners.ca.
